Event Production
Since playing in bands and working as an A/V tech in college, I have had a passion for creating stellar events! I have booked multiple music festival stages, revived & organized a monthly ArtWalk, organized 48 public events per year for a college town (see Music on the Mall above), run a monthly vinyl listening series, and appeared on a weekly television segment to promote events.
There is nothing that makes me more proud than bringing people together to have powerful shared experiences!

2nd Friday Brunswick
In 2017 the Brunswick ArtWalk was faltering and looked like it would not happen. I was put in charge of reviving the ArtWalk and succeeded in rebranding the event series, finding sponsors and business partners, and coordinating over 30 artists and 6 bands per month. I handed off those duties two years later but 2nd Friday Brunswick continues with that model to this day.

Classic Album Sundays
From 2013-2015 I ran the Portland, ME franchise of Classic Album Sundays, a monthly vinyl listening party series. The worldwide series of events across Europe, the US, and Asia encourages the listener to fully immerse themselves in music by presenting the story behind the album and an uninterrupted replay of the album on vinyl on an audiophile hi-fi sound system.

Live Music
At Dispatch Magazine I managed our stage at Portland’s Old Port Fest from 2013-2016, organizing all logistics, including artist communication, stage production, budgeting, and sponsorship acquisition. From 2013-2015 I also booked talent, managed the budget, and MC'ed event for the Waterfront Stage of Bath Heritage Days, and volunteered as Music Director for the Maine Seaweed Festival.

The Weekend Planner
From June 2014 - June 2016 I appeared on Fox 23’s Good Day Maine every Thursday morning for “The Weekend Planner” - an events segment for which I researched local events, compiled info, and wrote scripts to help promote events for Dispatch Magazine as well as our clients and partners.
